Create a new document 640×480

Create a new layer

Select the circular marque tool, draw a circle, fill it with yellow

Drag your circular marquee selection so it overlaps the bottom right of your yellow circle, create a new layer, fill your marquee selection with black.

Option click between the two layers to clip your black circle with you yellow one

Select the lasso tool, make a selection between the two corners of your black area and beyond, press backspace. Select your yellow circle layer, press backspace.

Add a gradient overlay to your black shape: 74% opacity,90 degrees, 66% scale

Add a gradient overlay to your yellow shape: 11% opacity

Merge your two layers

Add a drop shadow to your merged layer: 21% opacity,120 degrees, distance 2

Select your text tool, add some text to your sticker.
